This template is designed to help you build this foundation in the most effective way. Although it is focused on health, it can easily be adapted to all other aspects of your life like relationship goals, career goals, legacy goals, etc.

 

Explanation

As CEO of a startup that builds a digital health coach, I read hundreds of scientific papers and countless books and articles about how to develop healthy habits.

Additionally, I used the framework of this template to fix my own chronic fatigue and ultimately build a successful life.

In this Notion template I synthesized all my knowledge and focus on the 2% of things that really work and leave out all the rest. The result is a simple, straightforward framework that takes you by the hand to improve the following aspects of your life:

  • Activity
  • Diet
  • Sleep
  • Addiction


It will help you to

  • overcome analysis paralysis
  • create a clear action plan
  • keep consistency in performing your habits
  • build the foundation to improve all aspects of your life

I will NOT help you to

  • do the actual work to perform the action steps and healthy habits

How to access the template?

  2. Duplicate the template into to your Notion account. You only need a free Notion account to start using this Notion template.

How to use the template?

  1. Analyze your current state in each area.
  2. Define goals in the form of concrete outcomes for each area.
  3. Define concrete actions for each outcome. Label them as habits or one-time actions.
  4. Find leverage actions for recurring habits. These are one-time activities that make your habits easier (like deleting Instagram to improve a social media addiction).
  5. Track your habits weekly (not daily!).

Tips

  • Review your goals and activities quarterly.
  • If you have difficulties defining goals or actions, let the notion AI assistant help you.
